Wellbeing is the art of receiving Life,
engaging with Life in the moment 
and what we bring to that mixing bowl.

The more we are living from wellbeing,
the better we are able to navigate our unique lives
including the ‘hard edges’ we all encounter.

I write  particularly on the practical implications of cultivating an embodied, spiritual understanding in a challenging world.

The aim of my writing is to help people wake up to a larger picture of Life that makes it both easier to see how our current situation is playing out and what (if anything) to do about it.
